California Garden

Our challenge was to organise a restaurant for a large number of dinner guests, to achieve a good flow and good distribution of sideboards, bar counters and breakfast cupboards so that they were clearly visible and accessible, allowing for suitable tables to be cleaned and replaced. Each of these detailed were designed for a smooth and intuitive operation. The different atmospheres with warm and bright colours mark different sections to the space. The bar room, which is also sectioned off with simple and alternating ensembles for meetings, and ready for parties and evening shows, with big murals that remind us of past bands from the New Orleans.
