NANA Restaurante Japonés

The Japanese Restaurant Nana, which is situated in the historical centre of the town of Granollers, in one of the narrow pedestrian streets, presented a challenge regarding the layout, the premises of the shop was tight, long in shapes and with little natural light.

The result is a fusion of the old and the new that balance each other beautifully, inviting us to go on a fascinating trip to the world of Japanese gastronomy.

The space was structured with a rope with knots which is present in the shop premises. The tables form an isolated ‘nucleus’ with the presence a knot to help the diners privacy comes first this is accentuated by an amber light that gives off a special warmth. It is an environment that has a view of the kitchen from each angle, so that you can see how the chefs prepare their marvellous dishes of sushi, sashmi, uramaki, nigiri.
